Fam Med. 1986 Sep-Oct;18(5):269-73.

Abstract

In January 1985, a questionnaire was sent to 986 family physicians teaching full time in 214 family medicine residency programs. The questionnaire was designed to explore the relationship between job satisfaction and specific demographic characteristics of respondents. This paper presents the analysis of the survey data and identifies areas that would benefit from further research.
