An unusual and highly malignant childhood renal tumor has been noted among the specimens of the National Wilms' Tumor Study. Prominent nucleoli, PAS positive cytoplasmic inclusions, and light microscopic features suggestive of rhabdomyoblastic differentiation are hallmarks of this tumor.
