Abstract

Military delinquency is conditioned mainly by two groups of factors: the influence of the environment, and the perpetrator's personality traits. Incorrect interpersonal relationships within a squad are particularly conducive to committing typical military crimes, such as lawless walk away or desertion. Such crimes are committed mainly by soldiers suffering from personality disturbance or minor intellect defects. It has been found that in the summertime these kinds of crimes are committed more often.
