Spontaneous perirenal hemorrhage in patients on hemodialysis

Abstract

Spontaneous perirenal hemorrhage is a rare complication in patients on hemodialysis. Two cases of this condition are described. The diagnosis was confirmed by selective renal arteriogram, and exploration and nephrectomy was the treatment of choice.
