[Name removed] was identified as the individual who sent computer discs with the names of nearly 4,000 individuals living with HIV/AIDS to two newspapers and the Pinellas County Health Department. [Name removed] was seeking revenge on [name removed], an ex-lover who worked in the county AIDS surveillance office.
