[Drug therapy of patients with dyscirculatory encephalopathy]

Abstract

Results are submitted of treatment of discirculatory encephalopathy having developed against the background of arterial hypertension, with a combination of drugs aktovegin and captopril in 56 patients. The positive effect of the instituted monotherapy has been documented clinically, with correlation established with indices of additional methods of investigation. The secured results of treatment permit recommending actovegin and captopril for a wide use in practical medicine to treat patients in the above category.
