Program Q Asia Found. 1973:67:8.

Abstract

PIP: Mothers' Clubs, supported by the Planned Parenthood Federation of Korea, are the major family planning units in rural areas of Korea. They function as a voluntary movement to encourage and socially legitimatize family planning, to seek out new acceptors, to serve as a supply channel for contraceptives, to encourage community participation, and to facilitate family planning communication. The idea has attracted international interest.
