Abstract

These Regulations are made under the Infertility (Medical Procedures) Act 1984 of Victoria, Australia, and set forth the following, among other things: 1) an application form for the approval of a hospital to undertake infertility medical procedures; 2) an application form for the approval of an infertility medical procedures counselor; 3) prescribed matters for counseling; 4) particulars to be recorded in a hospital register; 5) information to be included in records of artificial insemination not carried out in an approved hospital; 6) prescribed rates for calculating expenses; and 7) rules on access to records.
