[The influence of psychological and psychosomatic disorders on population mortality rates]

Abstract

The importance of the psychological-and-social factors as the key reasons for the high prevalence of cardiac diseases, hypertension, ulcers, hepatocirrhosis, alcoholic psychosis and of suicides was pointed out on the basis of an analysis of the death rate among Moscow residents.
