Abstract

Medical ethics should be a core component of medical education. This paper presents a new model for teaching medical ethics in the medical school in Trondheim, Norway. The hallmark of this particular model is a systematic integration of medical ethics in the clinical arena; at the same time the theoretical foundation of medical ethics is emphasised.
