Two-dimensional fractionation of complex mixture of oligonucleotides in microRNA size range

Abstract

Two-dimensional fractionation method suitable for analyzing oligonucleotide mixtures in the microRNA size range was devised. In this system, mobility of oligo-nucleotide is affected by its base composition in both dimensions. Thus, complex mixtures of oligonucleotides with similar chain length can be effectively fractionated.
