Abstract

The obstetrics-gynecology profession is in the midst of a professional liability crisis. Solutions must come from both individual practitioners and managers/policymakers. The purpose of this article is to provide readers with preventive ethics tools to respond professionally in their own practices to neglected ethical dimensions of the professional liability crisis. The authors' analysis and proposals are based on previous work.
