Abstract

Spontaneous bilateral perirenal hematoma is an uncommon disease that may be diagnosed by conventional X-ray, abdominal CT, echography, renal angiography and magnetic resonance imaging. The most common causes include renal cell carcinoma, periarteritis, and some coagulation disorders. Patients with no apparent etiology such as renal carcinoma should be treated with conservative surgery.
