A case primary signet-ring cell carcinoma of the bladder is described in a 26-year-old patient. Histologically poorly differentiated bladder carcinoma, mainly signet-ring cell type with mucosal ulceration, and deep infiltrative tumor growth involving the tissues around the bladder was revealed.
