Sixty-eight cases of child chronic cough treated by moxibustion

Abstract

Objective: To observe the therapeutic effects of moxibustion for chronic cough in children.

Methods: 68 child cases of chronic cough were treated by moxibustion.

Results: 54 cases were cured, 13 cases improved, and one case failed. The cure rate was 79.2%, with a total effective rate of 98.5%.

Conclusion: The moxibustion therapy has definite therapeutic effect for children chronic cough.
