Medical aspects of driver licensing in Wisconsin: an historical review
Abstract
Attendant with the growth in numbers of automobiles during the past century has been the growth in crashes, some of which are caused by medical conditions which affect the driver. This article summarizes briefly the legislative and medical profession efforts to assure that healthy operators control these machines.
