Med Sci Law. 1990 Apr;30(2):115-8. doi: 10.1177/002580249003000206.

Abstract

This article describes the objectives, design and performance of a computer program which provides a textual simulation of autopsies. The benefits of using this program to teach medical students about the procedures of autopsy diagnosis is discussed. This form of computer-assisted learning is also useful in introducing medical students to correct death certification: a neglected area of medical education.
