This paper deals with a scientifically sound rationale for he new combined physiotherapetic modality known as vacuum darsonvalization. Indications and contraindications for the clinical application of medicinal vacuum darsonvalization are considered. The devices currently available for the realization of this technique under practical conditions are described.
