Abstract
Following sublingual finoptin and following its course therapy, 27 patients with coronary heart disease in the presence of Stages I-IIA circulatory failure displayed positive central hemodynamic changes, myocardial contractile function improvement, afterload decrease, and a tendency to normalization of vascular and intravascular alterations.
