Arch Gynecol Obstet. 2014 Aug;290(2):223-31. doi: 10.1007/s00404-014-3231-7. Epub 2014 Apr 18.

Abstract

Purpose: Amniotic fluid mesenchymal stem cells (AF-MSCs) are promising candidates for cell-based therapy. This review presents a comprehensive overview of the features and therapeutic applications of these cells.

Methods: This is a literature review combined with experience of practice.
