Developing leaders as systems thinkers-part II

J Contin Educ Nurs. 2014 May;45(5):201-2. doi: 10.3928/00220124-20140424-13.

Continued from last month's column in which the demand for nurses as systems thinkers was defined, this month's discussion now focuses on four systems thinking competencies.
