J Am Acad Nurse Pract. 1989 Jul-Sep;1(3):73-6. doi: 10.1111/j.1745-7599.1989.tb00744.x.

Abstract

Lyme disease is a relatively newly identified entity that has received much attention in the public press. Because of the confusion of information and the seriousness of the disease, nurse practitioners need to know the facts and resources, including prevention, diagnosis, and treatment. The author discusses recent information in these areas and presents easy reference tables for guidelines.
