Intracerebral hemorrhage after spinal surgery is a rare but dreaded complication. The most commonly described form of intracranial hemorrhage after spinal surgery is remote cerebellar hemorrhage (i.e. anatomically distant from the surgical site) (Brockmann MA, Groden C.
