HLA. 2017 Apr;89(4):244-245. doi: 10.1111/tan.12991.

Abstract

HLA-B*18:119 differs from HLA-B*18:01:01 at nucleotide 28 C>T in exon 4 changing histidine to tyrosine.

Keywords: HLA-B18; human leucocyte antigen-B*18:119; novel allele; sequence-based technique.
