J Comput Assist Tomogr. Mar-Apr 1989;13(2):326-9. doi: 10.1097/00004728-198903000-00028.

We report one case of spontaneous dissection of the vertebral artery initially diagnosed by magnetic resonance imaging and subsequently confirmed by angiography.
