The purpose of this report is to review the comparative clinical effectiveness and costeffectiveness of multidisciplinary treatment programs for patients with chronic, nonmalignant pain in outpatient settings. Additionally, this report aims to review the evidence-based guidelines regarding multidisciplinary treatment programs for patients with chronic, non-malignant pain in outpatient settings.
