Abstract

急性非静脉曲张性上消化道出血（ANVUGIB）是临床最常见的急危重症之一，为了指导国内临床医师对ANVUGIB进行规范化诊治，我国在2009年发表了《急性非静脉曲张性上消化道出血诊治指南》，并于2015年进行了更新。近年来，ANVUGIB的研究取得巨大进展，对临床诊疗产生了明显影响，因此2018年对指南再次进行修订。临床医生应掌握ANVUGIB诊治的新观点、新技术，与时俱进规范诊疗行为。.
