Abstract

基于对镇痛和镇静作用认识的深入以及新药不断推出，中华医学会儿科学分会急救学组等于2018年对"儿童重症监护治疗病房镇痛和镇静治疗专家共识（2013版）"进行了更新修订。2018版共识在镇痛和镇静的指征中增加了器官功能保护的内容；强调早期舒适镇痛、最小化镇静和人文关怀；更新和调整了儿童镇静的主观评估方法；增列了新的镇痛和镇静药物；并特别提出要重视儿童谵妄问题。.
