Abstract
软组织肉瘤是一类起源于间叶组织的恶性肿瘤，手术是治疗早期软组织肉瘤的主要手段。对于无法手术切除或有远处转移的患者，内科药物治疗作为全身治疗手段作用更为突出。本文就近年来软组织肉瘤治疗主要药物进行综述和评论。.
