[Tubular access spine surgery: a new concept of minimal invasive spine surgery]
Abstract
作为微创脊柱外科技术的重要组成,通道技术包括了经皮通道下的显微技术(显微镜)、内镜技术和正在研发的微通道机器人技术。这些通道脊柱外科技术有各自优点和不足之处,显微镜和内镜技术两者取长补短,甚至可以应用"双镜联合"技术治疗复杂的椎间盘突出、椎管狭窄和椎管内外肿瘤。通道脊柱外科技术将是一种潮流和趋势,神经外科、骨科和疼痛科等医生要摒弃门户之见,勇于面对挑战,积极掌握各种新知识和新技术,共同为造福脊柱脊髓病患而努力。.
