Kinetics of NAbs in elderly patients with myeloma and age-matched controls after vaccination with the first dose of the BNT162b2 mRNA vaccine. On D22, patients with myeloma had lower production of NAb inhibition titers compared with controls of similar age and sex. Only 4 patients with myeloma had NAb titers ≥50%.
