Abstract

黄色瘤是一种与脂代谢紊乱有关的非肿瘤性疾病，由含脂巨噬细胞聚集引起，好发于皮肤、肌腱和筋膜等结缔组织。文献中还未见有黄色瘤包绕颈动脉的报道。本文报道了1例26岁非家族性高胆固醇血症的男性患者，主诉反复头痛、头晕伴发现双侧颈部包块1年余，黄色瘤累及双侧颈动脉。患者行一侧黄色瘤手术后即能明显缓解症状，明显改善术侧颈动脉狭窄。随访3年零6个月时患者术侧颈部未见复发，未手术侧颈部病变无明显进展。但身体其他部位有复发并行手术治疗。包绕颈动脉的黄色瘤预后较好，但是调节血脂的治疗是必要的。.
