Abstract

患者男，61岁，因“复发性喉癌再次手术及放疗后2年，颈部肿痛、异味2个月”就诊于重庆市人民医院耳鼻咽喉头颈外科，查体：造瘘口周围有大量坏死组织，造瘘口周有较多的脓性分泌物，奇臭。颈部磁共振（MR）检查示：颈部软组织肿胀。入院诊断为复发性喉癌放射性软组织坏死。传统治疗效果不理想，最终采用抗生素骨水泥控制炎性反应的综合治疗，患者治愈出院。.
