Long noncoding RNA nuclear enriched abundant transcript 1 impacts cell proliferation, invasion, and migration of glioma through regulating miR-139-5p/CDK6, by Dong-Mei Wu, Shan Wang, Xin Wen, Xin-Rui Han, Yong-Jian Wang, Shao-Hua Fan, Zi-Feng Zhang, Qun Shan, Jun Lu, Yuan-Lin Zheng, J Cell Physiol. 2019; 5972-5987: The above article, published online on 4 December 2018 in Wiley Online Library (10.1002/jcp.27093), has been retracted by agreement between the authors' institution, the journal's Editor-in-Chief, Prof Dr Gregg Fields, and Wiley Periodicals LLC. The retraction has been agreed following an investigation by the authors' instutiton which concluded that not all authors consented to the submission of the manuscript. Additionally, allegations have been raised by a third-party concerning duplication and inconsistencies in figures 3, 6, and 7. The publisher's investigation confirmed the duplications and inconsistencies in the figures; raw data could not be provided. As a consequence, the editors consider the conclusions of the article to be invalid and have made the decision to retract the article. The authors were not available for a final confirmation of the retraction.
