Abstract

Clear cell sarcoma of tendons and aponeuroses (malignant melanoma of soft parts) with bone invasion of the proximal tibia occurred in a 15-year-old boy. The tumor arose from the juxtacortical region and invaded the tibia. Bone involvement in this tumor is rare.
