An analysis of complex examinations and operative treatment of 106 patients with varicose disease having a varicose dilatation of the foot veins was performed. Technical methods of the operative correction of the alterations of foot hemodynamics described in the article are able to liquidate clinical manifestations of the submalleolar venous insufficiency and thus to obtain better functional results in treatment of patients with varicose disease.
