Abstract

报道1例同时伴有AML1-ETO和BCR-ABL1融合基因的急性髓系白血病罕见病例。BCR-ABL1可能协同AML1-ETO融合基因促进白血病发生发展。化疗联合达沙替尼靶向治疗可早期获得完全分子生物学缓解,序贯异基因造血干细胞移植有可能获得长期生存。.
