Abstract

Here, we report a thiazoyl covalent organic framework, namely ECUT-COF-29, for gold recovery. Under visible light irradiation, this material can reduce Au³⁺ to Au⁰ in a short time, and the adsorption capacity is as high as 3714 mg g^-1, showing great potential in gold recovery.
