Possible vascular effects of an LH-RH agonist on the peripheral circulation of the rat testes

Andrologia. 1985 Sep-Oct;17(5):440-3. doi: 10.1111/j.1439-0272.1985.tb01037.x.

Abstract

The single injection of an LH-RH agonist caused severe damage to the rat testis within 24 hours. Especially the seminiferous tubules appear to be affected whereby these effects are thought to be secondary to vascular effects of LH-RH agonists.
