Abstract

•Vulvar melanoma is deadlier and harder to treat than typical melanoma.•82-year-old female had metastatic vulvar melanoma that reoccurred on immunotherapy.•Treatment with pulsed electric field therapy led to rapid resolution of metastatic disease.•Pulsed electric field therapy can drive early remission in solid tumors.
