Approach to Biliopancreatic Limb Obstruction Due to Complicated Marginal Ulcer Following OAGB: A Video Case Report

Abstract

One anastomosis gastric bypass (OAGB) has gained popularity and is now the third most common bariatric procedure worldwide. One of the complications following OAGB is marginal ulcer with ./5-8% incidence. Resection of GJ and conversion to Roux-en-Y gastric bypass may be a safe management for biliopancreatic limb obstruction due to complicated marginal ulcer.
