Odds of disseminated versus uncomplicated gonorrhea increased among people not prioritized for routine uncomplicated gonorrhea screening, including men who only had sex with female partners (odds ratio [OR] 10.8; 95% confidence interval [CI], 4.8-24.1), people using substances (OR 10.0; 95% CI, 5.4-18.6), and older people (OR 1.09 per year; 95% CI, 1.07-1.11).
