Prenatal Diagnosis and Decision-Making in Severe Pulmonary Stenosis With Coronary Sinusoids: A Case Report

Clin Case Rep. 2025 Sep 24;13(10):e71017. doi: 10.1002/ccr3.71017. eCollection 2025 Oct.

Abstract

A 38-year-old pregnant woman at 22 weeks of gestation was referred to the hospital with a rare concomitance of severe pulmonary stenosis and coronary sinusoids in the fetus. Unfortunately, the pregnancy was ultimately terminated. Early detection through fetal echocardiography is of paramount importance for accurate differential diagnosis and clinical decision-making.
