Studies on chemotaxis. I. On the chemotactic and complement-fixing activity of gamma-globulins

Immunology. 1965 Sep;9(3):241-7.

Abstract

Chemotactic agents are developed in fresh serum upon its interaction with γ-globulins; the effects of these agents on rabbit granulocytes have been evaluated by Boyden's technique. No correlation was found between the chemotactic and complement-fixing activity of various γ-globulin preparations.
