Recurrent Maxillary Ameloblastoma Presenting as an External Auditory Canal Mass

Abstract

Ameloblastoma is a locally aggressive tumor, most commonly involving the mandible and maxilla. We present an exceptionally rare case of recurrent ameloblastoma presenting as an ear canal mass. This case report emphasizes the importance of multidisciplinary care with maximal surgical resection followed by proton beam radiotherapy.
