The results of investigations on bioelectric activity changes in the stomach and proximal duodenum, performed on 12 dogs under acute experiment conditions following poisoning with IMFF, PMFF and MEDETFK poisonous substance and subsequent treatment with the antidote N-5 (T) are reported. Under the effect of the poisonous substances (FOV) investigated, an overall intensification of the motoricity of the stomach and duodenum is established, manifested by the appearance of spice potentials, changes in the rhythm of the slow wave, presence of antiperistalsis and strongly pronounced spasm of the smooth musculature. The listed phenomena are successfully eliminated by the effect of the antidote N-5 (T) within 3-5 min after its injection.
