Thrombotic superior vena caval obstruction after repair of tetralogy of Fallot

Abstract

A case of tetralogy of Fallot is described, in which thrombotic obstruction of the superior vena cava developed after total correction. Partial thrombolysis was achieved with streptokinase therapy.
