Bilateral Toxocara optic neuropathy

Abstract

A 14-year-old girl had loss of vision in the right eye and bilateral optic disc swelling. After treatment with oral prednisone, the neuropathy resolved. An extensive evaluation led to a probable diagnosis of Toxocara optic neuropathy.
