The coexistence of Wilms' tumor and imperforate anus with rectourethral fistula

Abstract

Wilms' tumor or nephroblastoma is one of the more common abdominal neoplasms in childhood. Its association with aniridia, hemihypertrophy, and genitourinary anomalies is well recognized. We believe this is the first report of Wilms' tumor coexistent with imperforate anus and rectourethral fistula.
