Echocardiographic diagnosis of pulmonary artery aneurysm

Abstract

A 72-year-old male referred for evaluation of a right hilar mass was asymptomatic with normal ECG, physical examination and laboratory tests. A 2-D echocardiogram with color Doppler revealed an aneurysm of the proximal right pulmonary artery.
